KDH was made for fall. The dark yet cozy weather, the sweaters, the warm coffee, the fantasy romance novels, the soup - it's a season of settling in. As summer winds down and school starts up, the leaves change color and there's a nip in the air. Strength Flow changes from hot and spicy to a slow burn (as do our romance novels hehe) and we begin to settle in.
And what better way to celebrate the season than with a Fall Reset.
Settle into Fall with one week of cozy, nourishing movement inspired by pilates, functional movement and life. In this program, all classes will be 20 minutes, you’ll have access to all live classes taught throughout the Reset and every class taught is recorded and uploaded to the Fall Reset OnDemand library for you to take whenever you want. If you are not a member, you’ll have access to the Fall Reset platform forever, that means all recorded classes from the Reset are available to you forever! All classes will also be uploaded to the regular KDH OnDemand library so as a member, you’ll be able to take them whenever you want as well along with the rest of the library.
KDH Resets are designed to reset your mind and body through daily movement classes and community calls. You don't need to be a member to join though Resets are included in your membership.

Ooh baby that sentence never ceases to take me right back to Calanmai (iykyk) and fittingly, that’s where we’re headed. Join me for a week on the mat inspired by our favorite Romantasy series. Each day will be inspired by a different series including ACOTAR, The Empyrean (Fourth Wing), Throne of Glass, Split or Swallow and the Kindred Curse series. From music to movement to outfits, the vibes will be dark, smutty and feminist. Take class live virtually OR OnDemand. If you are not a KDH member, you will have access to the recordings (along with the whole KDH platform) for 2 weeks (Sept. 22nd - Oct. 4th). See you on the mat, Feyre Darling.

It’s a time for us to celebrate summer’s vitality and energy, while also celebrating our friendships, our bodies, and our being on this beautiful earth.
Join me from August 14-18 for a week of movement, deep mindfulness, reflection & connection.
There will be live group classes every weekday, extra OnDemand classes under 20 minutes added, grounding meditations to help us truly reset, and a community call where we’ll get to hang and chat and bake cookies together!!!

Life starts to settle down in the Fall.
We begin to recover from all of the fun of the summer and snuggle up on the couch with a book. There’s a freshness in the air as fall begins, a freshness that I love. It’s almost as if the universe pressed the reset button and anything is possible again. Maybe it’s time to start something you’ve always wanted to do, like start a more regular movement routine.
The KDH x Jill Cimorelli Fall Reset is just that, a mind and body reset.
Kaia & Jill will take you through low-impact, challenging but enjoyable workouts with opportunities to inspire lifelong wellness changes in your life plus a chance to be a part of the most welcoming and supportive community.

To me, summer is all about feeling free, enjoying nature, feeling the sun on your face and laughing your butt off with your favorite people.
It’s not about constantly thinking about your body, hiding from experiences you’ll love because of how you look, or overexercising and undernourishing your body.
Join me on the mat from May 16 through May 27 as we spend time grounding & challenging ourselves with Strength Flow, elevating our heart rate & strengthening our hearts with HIIT, and opening ourselves up a little more with help from our beloved mindset coach Meghan Conley.

From January 10-21, join me on the mat for intentional movement designed to challenge and strengthen your body; intentional daily journal prompts designed to open your mind and help you set healthy intentions for 2022; and intentional Community Calls - one with Mindset Expert, Meghan Conley, to help you understand where you feel stuck and set realistic intentions for 2022, and the second call will be a Vision Board Making Session where you will turn your 2022 intentions into art.
The KDH January Reset is an opportunity for you to be kind to yourself in 2022 as well as join a community of others prioritizing their health and wellness in the new year.

The Holiday Season can be very overwhelming. Between hyper-focusing on our body and food consumption, spending money on gifts, taking time off, seeing family (maybe splitting time between families), and finding time for yourself to actually be able to do it all - we end up exhausted by January.
This Holiday season, take time for yourself with KDH. Join the Holiday Mini Reset from December 13 through December 17.
For one week, we'll be focusing on movement and mindfulness with Daily Strength Flow, Restorative Stretch or HIIT workouts*, daily journal prompts, guided meditations, and community calls!
This week will be time for you to give yourself grace and space to get through the holidays. When you give yourself grace and space, you begin to enjoy your time more - easing some of the anxieties you had before. It becomes easier to show up and give others grace and space, as well. The 45 minutes of daily movement and mindfulness is that space for you.
My wonderful Mindset Coach, Meghan, will be joining us for an evening of mindset coaching, and every night during the week, we will have a community call or guided meditation for us to come together and find grounding.
