Another week of movement coming atcha! This week, we're diving into my barre roots and doing classes to the beat of the music. Movements will be synced with the music, we'll be doing full body classes and you'll need weights - wrist/ankle or free weights! 

I'm excited to try a new format out with you guys, I haven't taught a class like this on KDH ever, but it is a format I was initially trained in back in 2021 when I first became an instructor. I think it's going to be fun!

Class Formats

Strength Flow

Strength Flow is KDH’s signature format. It takes you through a pilates & barre-inspired flow that focuses on muscle endurance to strengthen. This high-intensity, low-impact workout is designed to send your body some spicy, flowy love anytime, anywhere. Most classes are bodyweight only but feel free to add weight if your body is calling for it!

Strength Flow: Elevated

Strength Flow: Elevated takes our favorite grounding and low-impact energy from Strength Flow and adds a little more spice. Agility and endurance-focused, Strength Flow: Elevated aims to elevate your heart rate in a dynamic way.
