Time Under Tension

this week our theme is Time Under Tension - we're exploring tempo, slowing movements down to increase the working muscle's time under tension to increase muscular strength. You'll need your weights for this week of classes! Classes will be a mixture of pilates-inspired movement and resistance training. 

End of July Schedule

****No classes July 21st, 22nd, 23rd or 28th. I'll be out of town visiting friends in Southern California! I'll put together a week of classes on the OnDemand Library for you all to take while I'm out. Classes will be back July 29th!

That is the last trip planned until baby gets here, so we shouldn't have too many interruptions to our live class schedule until mat leave!

Class Formats

Strength Flow

Strength Flow is KDH’s signature format. It takes you through a pilates & barre-inspired flow that focuses on muscle endurance to strengthen. This high-intensity, low-impact workout is designed to send your body some spicy, flowy love anytime, anywhere. Most classes are bodyweight only but feel free to add weight if your body is calling for it!

Strength Flow: Elevated

Strength Flow: Elevated takes our favorite grounding and low-impact energy from Strength Flow and adds a little more spice. Agility and endurance-focused, Strength Flow: Elevated aims to elevate your heart rate in a dynamic way.
