If you are in the US, this week may be a very stressful and anxiety-filled week for you with the US election happening on Tuesday. I want you all to know that KDH is a safe space for you to be, to feel, to release. I also want to recognize that everything you're seeing right now is likely election related and there is a lot of stress and anxiety and anger and fear associated with it right now. All of the emotions that KDH is here to balance out.

This week, KDH will be a break from election content. You all know where to get your information, you have the people you talk to about what's going on in the US, and I'm no expert, I'm just a girl!!! But just as it is important to talk about it, it is also important to have a space that is free of it. For just 30-45 minutes of your day, let KDH be a break from the intense emotions that come with Election Day in the US, to give you a little balance through this season.

And what better way to balance and distract than by reminding you all that it is now my Birthday Month LOL so we're starting strong with a music theme, "TOP HITS OF 1994" (the year I was born hehe)!! Let's have a little fun, releasing the stress and anxiety from your body that you may be feeling. <3

Class Formats

 Strength Flow

Strength Flow is KDH’s signature format. It takes you through a pilates & barre-inspired flow that focuses on muscle endurance to strengthen. This high-intensity, low-impact workout is designed to send your body some spicy, flowy love anytime, anywhere. Most classes are bodyweight only but feel free to add weight if your body is calling for it!

Strength Flow: Elevated

Strength Flow: Elevated takes our favorite grounding and low-impact energy from Strength Flow and adds a little more spice. Agility and endurance-focused, Strength Flow: Elevated aims to elevate your heart rate in a dynamic way.

Restorative Stretch

Restorative Stretch is the perfect class to start out your Monday. This slow and stretchy class allows you to treat your body with kindness and rest. Each class ends with a 10-minute guided meditation to ground you as you start your week.
