Strong Legs

The second week of the January Challenge is upon us and per the request of the live class girlies, our theme is Strong Legs

We're bringing a bit of the KDH-style resistance training into classes this week so grab your medium weights and prepare for some flowy muscular endurance. We'll be focusing on lower body movements all week, with core-specific finishers to round out each class. You're welcome and also blame the live class girlies, not me!!!! This is what they requested mwuahaha ;)

Class Formats

Strength Flow

Strength Flow is KDH’s signature format. It takes you through a pilates & barre-inspired flow that focuses on muscle endurance to strengthen. This high-intensity, low-impact workout is designed to send your body some spicy, flowy love anytime, anywhere. Most classes are bodyweight only but feel free to add weight if your body is calling for it!

Strength Flow: Elevated

Strength Flow: Elevated takes our favorite grounding and low-impact energy from Strength Flow and adds a little more spice. Agility and endurance-focused, Strength Flow: Elevated aims to elevate your heart rate in a dynamic way.
