Tempo

This week, our theme is Tempo. We need a chill start to the week, so Tuesday's class will be Restorative Stretch - slowing down movement, grounding into your body and space, and settling into the week. We'll definitely have a foot roll out in there so grab your golf balls or tennis balls for Tuesday's class.

The rest of the week will be dedicated to sloooowing down our movements. Slowing down class will enable us to focus on our balance, engagement and our muscle's time under tension. Weights will be needed!

Class Formats

Strength Flow

Strength Flow is KDH’s signature format. It takes you through a pilates & barre-inspired flow that focuses on muscle endurance to strengthen. This high-intensity, low-impact workout is designed to send your body some spicy, flowy love anytime, anywhere. Most classes are bodyweight only but feel free to add weight if your body is calling for it!

Strength Flow: Elevated

Strength Flow: Elevated takes our favorite grounding and low-impact energy from Strength Flow and adds a little more spice. Agility and endurance-focused, Strength Flow: Elevated aims to elevate your heart rate in a dynamic way.
