For The Runners

Speaking of running, this week at KDH, every class will be designed to supplement running!! I know a few of you are training for half marathons or marathons these days and I thought it would be fun to do a week dedicated to cross training a bit.

Join me on the mat this week for For The Runners!!

Lots of ankle support, knee support and hip support to make sure our bodies are feeling tip-top as we head into training season. I'm currently training for the Lake Sammamish Half Marathon (those of you in Seattle, see you there???) and I absolutely know this week will be so beneficial to my training.

Class Formats

Strength Flow

Strength Flow is KDH’s signature format. It takes you through a pilates & barre-inspired flow that focuses on muscle endurance to strengthen. This high-intensity, low-impact workout is designed to send your body some spicy, flowy love anytime, anywhere. Most classes are bodyweight only but feel free to add weight if your body is calling for it!

Strength Flow: Elevated

Strength Flow: Elevated takes our favorite grounding and low-impact energy from Strength Flow and adds a little more spice. Agility and endurance-focused, Strength Flow: Elevated aims to elevate your heart rate in a dynamic way.

Restorative Stretch

Restorative Stretch is the perfect class to start out your week. This slow and stretchy class is designed to calm your nervous system, stretch your muscles, and recover from more intense movement (or life). It’s a reminder that rest is just as important as movement to get stronger.
