Banded Resistance

What better way to get out of your head (and the million to-do list items) and into your body than with a little movement. This week, our theme is Banded Resistance. We'll be adding bands to our movements to work with a different style of resistance than weighted work. Bands help target the smaller more intricate muscles around our joints to strengthen more holistically. Grab your resistance bands and it's about to get spicy!!

I'm going on my honeymoon!!

After 2.5 years of marriage, Tom and I are finally going on our honeymoon!! We'll be in Cabo finally getting a week to relax and celebrate our love :’) That means there will not be classes the week of December 15th! I will put together a "suggested classes to take while I'm gone" collection for you! There will be classes the week of Christmas and New Years but the scheduel will be modified. See below!

Week of Christmas: Monday, 12/22; Tuesday, 12/23; Wednesday, 12/24 at 7am PT

Week of New Years: Monday, 12/29 at 7am PT and Saturday 1/3 at 8:30 am

Class Formats

Strength Flow

Strength Flow is KDH’s signature format. It takes you through a pilates & barre-inspired flow that focuses on muscle endurance to strengthen. This high-intensity, low-impact workout is designed to send your body some spicy, flowy love anytime, anywhere. Most classes are bodyweight only but feel free to add weight if your body is calling for it!

Strength Flow: Elevated

Strength Flow: Elevated takes our favorite grounding and low-impact energy from Strength Flow and adds a little more spice. Agility and endurance-focused, Strength Flow: Elevated aims to elevate your heart rate in a dynamic way.
