Split Week

We're back and ready for action! This week, our theme is Split Week - which does not mean we're working on our splits flexibility...no, we'll be splitting up the week to focus on strength in different parts of the body.

Our schedule will be:

Tuesday - Upper Body & Core Strength

Wednesday - Lower Body & Core Strength

Thursday - Full Body Cardio (Strength Flow: Elevated)

SO, grab your free weights, or whatever you have to add a little resistance, and we're getting strong this week.

Class Formats

Strength Flow

Strength Flow is KDH’s signature format. It takes you through a pilates & barre-inspired flow that focuses on muscle endurance to strengthen. This high-intensity, low-impact workout is designed to send your body some spicy, flowy love anytime, anywhere. Most classes are bodyweight only but feel free to add weight if your body is calling for it!

Strength Flow: Elevated

Strength Flow: Elevated takes our favorite grounding and low-impact energy from Strength Flow and adds a little more spice. Agility and endurance-focused, Strength Flow: Elevated aims to elevate your heart rate in a dynamic way.
